Google Cloud Treats Go-to-Market as an Engineering System

Google Cloud is hosting GTM at the Speed of Code on August 20, a one-hour online session for technical founders and developers who want to treat go-to-market infrastructure as an engineering problem. The program shows how Gemini, BigQuery, and Google Workspace can be orchestrated into a system for qualification, pipeline analysis, research, and outbound preparation.

About GTM at the Speed of Code

Google Cloud customer engineer Erno Kurki is scheduled to lead the AMER and EMEA sessions. The agenda includes automated ideal-customer-profile scoring from product signals, scheduled pipeline audits, agentic market research, draft outreach preparation, and low-code workflows inside Google Workspace. The stated objective is to move teams beyond isolated prompts and toward repeatable automation pipelines.

Why This Matters

Technical founders often build sophisticated products while managing sales through disconnected spreadsheets, ad hoc research, and manual qualification. That gap becomes more expensive as the company grows. Treating GTM as a system does not remove human judgment from selling. It creates a more reliable flow of context so people can spend their time on decisions and relationships instead of repetitive preparation.

Who Should Pay Attention

The webinar is designed for technical founders, developers, early GTM operators, and teams already using Google Cloud or Workspace. It should be particularly useful to companies with meaningful product or usage data that has not yet been connected to lead scoring, account research, or pipeline prioritization.

What This Signals

The larger signal is that agentic automation is moving into revenue operations. The useful systems will not be generic chatbots attached to a CRM. They will be structured workflows with known data inputs, repeatable triggers, human review points, and measurable downstream outcomes.

The AMER session runs online on August 20, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PDT, or noon to 1:00 PM EDT. Registration is available through Google Cloud OnAir.
