Her Tech Gives Career and Leadership Questions a Circle
Some leadership questions need enough time for the second answer. Her Tech Mastermind Circles is built around participants sharing a challenge and receiving feedback from peers, with time set aside for conversation rather than a formal speaker program.
Her Tech Community will host the event on November 12, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. EST at Fabrik NYC. The organizer explicitly limits attendance to women and nonbinary people. The public registration page requires host approval, with Rochelle Sonnenberg and Fabrik NYC listed as hosts.
The participant brings the agenda
The organizer describes small groups focused on career, leadership and personal-growth questions. Its schedule opens with networking from 6 to 6:30 p.m., followed by introductions, then mastermind circles from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. The evening closes with further networking until 8 p.m.
For professionals in the Her Tech community, this format provides a different use of an event: a participant can test how a problem sounds when explained to someone outside their immediate team. Useful peer feedback starts with enough context to see the constraint. Preparing a specific challenge can help the group spend its time on the decision rather than reconstructing the background.
A community boundary worth respecting
The women-and-nonbinary attendance restriction is part of the organizer’s invitation. It should guide who applies and how the gathering is described. The current page announces peer discussion and light refreshments; it does not identify a keynote speaker or promise a particular career outcome.
Fabrik NYC is at 12-16 Vestry St, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10013. Apply through the official Her Tech event page, confirm approval and check the current ticket terms with the organizer. Bring a question that can benefit from another professional’s experience and enough detail for the circle to respond.
