DigitalXForce Gets Arsenal Growth Equity Investment

A security control can pass inspection and fail before the next board meeting. DigitalXForce is building its enterprise software around keeping the evidence current enough for somebody to act, putting the work between those two moments at the center of its funding story.

The Irving, Texas company named Arsenal Growth Equity as an institutional investor in an October 21 announcement, corrected October 24. The investment supports international expansion, enterprise adoption and product development; its amount and valuation remain undisclosed. Founder and CEO Lalit Ahluwalia is expanding a platform that connects governance, risk and compliance with security posture and third-party oversight.

For enterprise buyers, the proposition is a shared record that can answer several departments' questions without repeatedly reconstructing the business from old documents. The financing puts resources behind that ambition across more regions, where selling the software also means making its evidence useful to local teams, partners and decision-makers.

What Arsenal Growth Equity is funding at DigitalXForce

DigitalXForce's corrected investment announcement identifies Arsenal Growth Equity as the backer and Jason Rottenberg as General Partner. That correction matters because earlier versions incorrectly used the name Arsenal Equity Group and described Rottenberg as Principal. The investor's own team page confirms his General Partner title.

The company says the capital will strengthen engineering, enterprise sales and its partner ecosystem across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Systems integrators, consulting organizations, technology partners and regional distributors are part of the expansion plan. Those relationships put delivery and implementation alongside the product roadmap in the financing's practical purpose.

There is funding history to preserve without manufacturing a new total. DigitalXForce's September 21 newsroom announcement had already disclosed institutional investment, without identifying the investor. That page also reported a $4M seed round in 2024 and $5M in strategic capital in January 2026. The source uses dollar notation without specifying denomination, and the latest investment has no disclosed size; neither the October update nor the earlier history establishes a complete current funding total.

That leaves a more useful way to read this event: Arsenal has been identified as a partner in the expansion, while the commercial work receiving support is visible even though the check is not. Assigning a round letter or a valuation would add precision the disclosure never supplied.

Why live evidence changes the buyer's job

DigitalXForce calls its product category TRiSCM, short for Trust, Risk, Security and Compliance Management. It is the company's term for connecting functions that often need different answers from the same underlying systems. A security team needs to understand a failing control; an auditor needs evidence; a risk leader needs the business consequence and an accountable owner.

The company's platform description lists 15 modules, more than 250 technology integrations and mappings to more than 50 compliance frameworks. Those are company-reported coverage figures. Their commercial significance is the possibility of reusing evidence across assessments, rather than making each framework another collection exercise with its own aging attachments.

The AI components have separate jobs. AI JedAI analyzes control evidence and recommends remediation, while XForce GPT writes risk narratives and board reports. X-ROC, the XForce Risk Operations Center, provides a route into alerting, triage and escalation. The proposed connection runs from what a system shows to what a responsible person is asked to do about it.

DevCuration's coverage of Reach Security's control-intelligence financing offers another view of investor interest in making existing security tools more useful. For a buyer evaluating DigitalXForce, integration breadth is an opening question. The harder discussion is which controls a deployment can actually observe, how fresh the underlying evidence remains and how a finding reaches the team able to repair it. A common dashboard becomes valuable when those details survive the journey into an operating decision.

The founder and investor are expanding an operating model

Ahluwalia founded DigitalXForce in 2023, according to the company. His official leadership biography describes earlier senior security roles at Inspira Enterprise, Wipro and Accenture. That background places the founder's career inside enterprise delivery, where a product's value depends on how it behaves across a customer's existing organization.

DigitalXForce also lists Margareta Petrovic as Chief AI Officer and Rashmi Chandrashekar as COO and APAC Region Lead. Their stated responsibilities make AI governance and regional execution concrete parts of the leadership picture. Petrovic also chairs the company's AI governance committee, bringing the oversight of AI into the leadership structure of a business that sells it.

Arsenal Growth Equity describes its focus as B2B software and technology-enabled services, including cybersecurity and compliance. That provides a specific institutional fit for a company trying to turn recurring security and oversight work into recurring software demand. Arsenal's general investment ranges do not reveal the terms of this particular transaction.

International reach makes the implementation question larger. DigitalXForce says it wants a stronger network of integrators, consultants and distributors. Each additional route to market adds another organization that must understand the product's evidence, explain its limits and help a buyer put it to work. Engineering and distribution spending are closely related when a regional partner becomes part of the customer's assurance process.

Growth makes the next evidence handoff more consequential

DigitalXForce reports 514% revenue growth over three years and says it ranked second in the 2026 Tech Titans Fast Tech Awards. The company also cites Leader placements in IDC MarketScape assessments covering governance, risk and compliance software in 2025 and third-party risk management software in 2026. These are company-attributed milestones here; the underlying growth accounts and full analyst assessments were not independently examined for this article.

The distinction between historical growth and current scale remains useful. A percentage does not supply current revenue, customer retention or contract economics. The announcement gives readers a statement of momentum, while leaving those operating measures outside the public record. Its expansion plans should therefore be read as the company's intended use of resources rather than a forecast of outcomes.

The more immediate operator consequence is the growing number of people who may rely on a shared risk record. A supplier assessment can inform procurement, security, compliance and a board discussion, with each group asking something slightly different. DigitalXForce is trying to preserve the connection back to the evidence as the answer moves between them.

Arsenal's backing brings that effort into a broader delivery network. As Ahluwalia's team adds regions and partners, the useful unit of progress will be another customer able to follow a finding from its originating system to the person responsible for resolving it, before the evidence becomes yesterday's version of the business.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does DigitalXForce connect compliance work to live security risk?

DigitalXForce combines governance, risk and compliance with security posture and third-party oversight. Its stated approach reuses control evidence across assessments and routes findings into risk monitoring and remediation workflows.

What will the Arsenal Growth Equity investment support?

DigitalXForce says the investment supports engineering, enterprise sales and its partner ecosystem in North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The announced plans include systems integrators, consultants, technology partners and regional distributors.

How should the September and October funding announcements be interpreted?

DigitalXForce disclosed institutional funding on September 21, 2026 without identifying the investor. Its October 21 announcement, corrected October 24, identifies Arsenal Growth Equity; neither release discloses the latest amount, and the disclosures should not be added as two quantified rounds.

What do AI JedAI, XForce GPT and X-ROC do?

The company describes AI JedAI as analyzing control evidence and recommending remediation, and XForce GPT as producing narratives and board reports. X-ROC is its risk-operations approach for alerting, triage and escalation.

What should enterprise buyers verify when evaluating continuous risk software?

Buyers should establish which controls a deployment can observe, how current its evidence stays and how findings reach the people responsible for remediation. DigitalXForce reports broad integration and framework coverage, but those counts do not establish outcomes in an individual customer environment.
