All3's $25M Seed Backs Its Construction Robotics System

All3 wants a developer's custom building to move through a factory without becoming a standardised product. Its approach joins AI-generated design, robotic component manufacturing and on-site assembly, carrying the requirements of a particular plot through the machinery intended to build on it.

The European construction technology company announced a $25M Seed round on April 29, 2026, led by RTP Global. SuperSeed participated significantly, alongside Begin Capital, s16vc and VNV Global. The financing was intended to advance R&D in London and Belgrade and support initial deployments in Germany, where All3 is building a construction business around its technology.

That scope gives the investment a consequence beyond funding another robot. All3 is taking responsibility for how a design becomes manufactured parts and how those parts become a building. By October, the company had put the first live-project deployment of its Mantis construction robot on the calendar for early 2027, giving the April financing a continuing delivery story rather than a fresh November closing date.

A construction business with its own technology

Rodion Shishkov, All3's CEO, and co-founder Slava Bocharov founded the company in 2023 after building Samokat. Their June 2025 technology unveiling disclosed $30M of founder financing at that point. That historical commitment belongs alongside the seed announcement as evidence of the founders' investment in the company; the disclosures do not establish a complete current funding total.

The commercial structure is unusually consequential. All3's German subsidiary launched as a general contractor, with Wulf von Borzyskowski appointed Managing Director. It places the company in the relationship between a developer who needs a building delivered and the processes required to deliver it, widening the job well beyond supplying a machine to an existing contractor.

SuperSeed Managing Partner Mads Jensen's investment explanation centres on that integration. He describes a construction industry divided among participants with their own incentives and All3's decision to replace the contracting layer. The operating implication is that improvements can be coordinated across design, production and assembly within one business. The same business then has to manage the dependencies it has brought together, with fewer opportunities to treat another supplier's process as somebody else's problem.

Keeping custom geometry through production

All3's Real Time Architecture platform is designed to produce a coordinated building model, including component specifications and production instructions. The company says architecture, structure and building services are developed together, so a design decision reaches the fabrication stage with the requirements for assembly already attached. That is a different starting point from asking a robot to interpret a conventional construction process after the drawings have been approved.

The cellular factory then turns those instructions into individual building elements. All3 describes software-controlled cells that can perform different fabrication operations and adjust subsequent components using feedback from scanned parts. The aim is to carry manufacturing discipline into buildings whose dimensions and layouts vary from project to project.

For a developer working on an irregular urban site, that flexibility has a practical purpose. A plot's access, shape and surroundings can make a standardised building difficult to accommodate. All3 is trying to preserve the economic benefits of automated production while allowing the building itself to respond to the site. Its service description extends from design and structural engineering through fabrication and on-site assembly, with interior fit-out depending on project needs. Buying that scope makes the compatibility of the stages part of the supplier selection, rather than a coordination task left entirely with the customer.

Mantis moves the model onto the site

Mantis is All3's electric quadruped for construction work, built to use interchangeable tools and move through unfinished buildings. The October 7 technical update describes a platform designed for heavy loads, stairs and structural fastening. Those requirements connect the robot's design to the building environment and to components prepared for it in the factory.

The timing deserves precision. All3's October update schedules Mantis's first live construction-project deployment for early 2027. It also describes a funded fleet-development programme covering cooperation between robots, autonomous battery swapping and verification of completed work against the model. These are development priorities and deployment plans, with results from the company's own tests distinguished from evidence of repeated commercial delivery.

Construction automation already encompasses different places in a building's journey. DevCuration's coverage of Monumental's autonomous construction business and Reframe Systems' robotic homebuilding provides useful routes into that wider market. For All3, the defining choice is to make the site robot part of an integrated delivery operation. The quality of the connection between stages will matter to a customer who has bought a building schedule, even when the most visible part of the system is the machine walking across the site.

Expansion follows the delivery relationship

All3 added another kind of backing in September, when WaVe-X, WALTER GROUP's venture arm, invested. The announcement described support for European expansion and potential connections with the group's real estate and mobile-space businesses. It did not disclose an investment amount in the checked release, so it should remain a separate strategic development rather than an addition invented for the seed-round arithmetic.

That relationship is relevant to a company trying to grow through construction projects. Industrial and property networks can put a new delivery approach in front of people who understand the work, while each project introduces its own conditions. The commercial opportunity sits in persuading those buyers to place more of the design-to-building journey with All3, then accommodating the local requirements that follow.

The April capital supports the engineering behind that proposition. Shishkov and Bocharov have chosen to carry more of a building's economics inside one company. Each project will ask that integrated operation to accommodate another site's particular geometry, with the factory still expected to earn the efficiencies that make automation worth buying.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does All3 connect building design with robotic assembly?

All3 combines Real Time Architecture, robotic component fabrication and its Mantis construction robot. Component specifications and production instructions originate in a coordinated building model, so fabrication and assembly are designed to work together.

Why does custom geometry matter to All3’s construction model?

All3 targets buildings on constrained or irregular urban sites where standardised layouts may be difficult to use. Its software-driven production approach is intended to manufacture custom components while preserving the benefits of automation.

Does the $25M seed represent all of All3’s financing?

No. All3 announced the $25M seed on April 29, 2026 and had separately disclosed $30M of founder financing in June 2025. A later WaVe-X investment was also announced; the checked disclosures do not establish a complete current funding total.

When does All3 plan to deploy Mantis on a live construction project?

All3’s October 7, 2026 technical update puts the first live-project Mantis deployment in early 2027. The update also describes continuing development of fleet cooperation, autonomous battery swapping and work verification.

What should a developer evaluate when considering All3?

All3 offers a connected delivery scope spanning design, engineering, fabrication and site assembly. A developer should assess the scope and project schedule being offered alongside evidence that the stages work together under the conditions of its own site.
