NoBlue2 Buys PeopleWalking's Spanish NetSuite Business

Spain is already on NoBlue2's delivery map. Its latest acquisition puts more people inside that existing market, with Spanish-language support among the practical benefits it is offering customers. The ERP consultancy announced on November 2, 2026 that it had acquired the Spanish NetSuite business of PeopleWalking, including customer relationships and experienced employees.

The acquisition announcement describes a completed transaction that expands NoBlue2's local professional services and support capacity. Financial terms and the transferred team's size were not disclosed. For finance leaders choosing an implementation partner, the useful question is how the enlarged operation will carry their company's particular ways of working through the next system change.

What NoBlue2 acquired in Spain

The transaction covers PeopleWalking's Spanish NetSuite operation. That perimeter matters because PeopleWalking has a broader technology consulting business, with services extending into AI, digital transformation and software development. The announcement gives no basis for treating those other activities, its entire workforce or its international operations as part of this purchase.

PeopleWalking was founded in Barcelona in 2009. Its own description of its NetSuite practice runs from process analysis and implementation to data migration, integrations, customization, training and ongoing support. That range helps explain what an established delivery team can bring to another consultancy: familiarity with the decisions a customer has already made, as well as the technical ability to carry out the next assignment.

A migration can require reconciling historical records and opening balances. An integration requires understanding what passes between systems, while training asks whether the people using the result can work with it. Those examples come from PeopleWalking's published service descriptions; the acquisition sources do not identify the specific projects transferred. They make the buyer's interest in an experienced team more intelligible without turning an undisclosed contract list into a claim.

Local capacity inside a larger ERP group

NoBlue2 describes its business as ERP and CRM implementation, optimization and support for growing and midmarket organizations. Its current company page lists locations in London, the Midlands and Madrid. The Spanish transaction therefore builds on an operating presence rather than marking the group's first arrival in the country.

For a customer, that distinction has a practical consequence. Adding colleagues to an existing operation creates the possibility of sharing specialist work, covering a support request or drawing on a wider group when a project changes. How those resources are assigned will determine whether the buyer's promise of greater flexibility becomes useful in a customer's working week. The announcement presents the capacity benefit; it supplies no post-acquisition performance results.

Chris Bunch, NoBlue2's CEO, connects the purchase to expanding the group's services in Spain. Harriet Hunt, Investment Director at its private equity backer FPE, identifies Spain as a growth focus for NoBlue2. Their stated rationale centers on market coverage and delivery, giving the transaction a clear commercial purpose even though the purchase economics remain private.

Spanish-language delivery also deserves attention as an operating capability. A customer explaining an exception in an accounting process needs the implementation team to understand both the words and the process behind them. Bringing an existing team into the group gives NoBlue2 a foundation for those conversations, while its managers take responsibility for fitting that team's knowledge into the larger organization.

How PeopleWalking fits beside Viridian

The PeopleWalking transaction follows NoBlue2's acquisition of Viridian. In its September 17 announcement, FPE described Viridian as adding Pigment planning expertise to NoBlue2's ERP and CRM capabilities. The same release traced FPE's backing to the combination of NoBlue and Elevate2 in 2023.

The 2 purchases address different parts of a finance leader's work. Viridian extends the group's capabilities into budgeting, forecasting and performance management. The Spanish NetSuite acquisition increases local delivery capacity around an established ERP platform. Read together, they show NoBlue2 expanding both the services it can discuss with customers and the team available to deliver work in a particular geography.

That connection is an editorial reading of the disclosed strategy, rather than evidence of a finished integration between every service. A broader offering can give a customer a reason to consider another assignment with the same group. Winning that work still requires the relevant specialists to understand the customer's systems, priorities and approval process.

For investors examining this kind of services expansion, the acquired operation's relationships are part of the commercial logic. The team has experience with customers whose requirements have developed over time. Preserving that knowledge can make a larger group's resources more useful, but the available sources do not disclose retention data, unit revenue, margins or financial synergies from this deal.

The handoff customers will experience

ERP implementation leaves behind decisions that continue to shape daily work. PeopleWalking's published offering includes training and support after deployment, which means the relationship can continue well beyond the initial project. Buying that operation brings NoBlue2 into the work of maintaining and extending systems customers already use.

The buyer says a larger local team will strengthen professional services, support and Spanish-language delivery. Customers evaluating that promise can ask who will own their next request, how existing project knowledge will be retained and when wider group expertise will become available. Those are practical questions arising from the announced combination, not evidence that a service problem has occurred.

The team's size and the detailed legal transfer arrangements remain undisclosed, so there is no supported calculation of delivery capacity gained or a timetable for operational integration. The public record establishes the change: more Spanish NetSuite customer relationships and experienced employees are now within a group also expanding its planning capabilities. For the people delivering those services, the acquisition leads back into a specific customer's migration, integration or support conversation, with more colleagues available around it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the acquisition include all of PeopleWalking?

No. NoBlue2 announced the acquisition of PeopleWalking's Spanish NetSuite business, including its customer relationships and experienced employees. The announcement does not place PeopleWalking's broader technology activities or international operations inside the transaction.

What changes for Spanish NetSuite customers?

NoBlue2 says the enlarged operation adds local professional services and support capacity, with stronger Spanish-language delivery. Specific contract changes, staffing allocations and integration schedules were not disclosed.

How does the PeopleWalking purchase differ from the Viridian acquisition?

Viridian added Pigment planning expertise to NoBlue2's ERP and CRM offering in September 2026. The PeopleWalking transaction deepens local NetSuite delivery capacity in Spain, where NoBlue2 already operates.

What role does FPE have in NoBlue2?

FPE is the private equity backer of NoBlue2. Its September 2026 announcement says it backed the combination of NoBlue and Elevate2 in 2023 and has supported subsequent growth and acquisitions.

Which financial and operating terms remain undisclosed?

The sources reviewed do not disclose the purchase price, consideration structure, acquired-unit revenue, transferred employee count or detailed legal closing arrangements. Company-wide PeopleWalking workforce figures should not be treated as the size of the acquired team.
