Linq Secures $17.3M in Series Unknown Funding on Dec 23, 2025

December 23, 2025 did not feel like a victory lap. It felt like a knowing nod. Linq App Inc secured $17.3M in Series C capital using debt and convertible securities, the kind of structure chosen by companies that already understand cash flow, discipline, and leverage. Birmingham, Alabama stays quietly in the background while the signal travels loud. This was not hype capital. This was scale capital, raised after 1M+ users, 75M+ interactions, and 50K businesses proved that mobile-first sales infrastructure is no longer optional.

Linq starts in 2019 with Elliott Potter, Jared Mattsson, and Patrick Sullivan, all Shipt alumni who watched velocity turn into enterprise reality in real time. They did not romanticize the startup grind. They respected it. Linq began as a digital business card and matured into a mobile CRM and sales enablement platform built for where selling actually happens. Not dashboards. Not conference rooms. Hallways, show floors, parking lots, text threads, and the five minutes before someone forgets your name.

Patrick Sullivan architected the platform with mobile as the default, not the compromise. Elliott Potter obsessed over friction, because sales is emotional before it is technical. Jared Mattsson carried the company through operations, brand, and growth, evolving into the president role once the machine needed tightening, not cheering. The leadership layer sharpened again when David Berk joined as COO, bringing pattern recognition from Apple, Shipt, and Fetch Rewards. That matters when your product syncs in real time with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and 400+ platforms that break fast when promises are sloppy.

The capital details tell their own story. Rule 506(b). Sixteen investors. No commissions. A $20K minimum that filters curiosity from conviction. Prior backing from Mucker Capital, Alabama Futures Fund, Redhawk Advisory, and Bill Smith did more than add logos. It added scar tissue. Omar Hamoui does not fund noise. Bill Smith knows what operational gravity feels like when Target is on the other side of the table. This round did not buy belief. It reinforced momentum.

What separates Linq is not QR codes or NFC taps. It is cohesion. AI call summaries, iMessage automation through Linq Blue, true two-way CRM sync, and physical products that actually talk to software instead of collecting dust. Linq reduces chaos. Meet, Manage, Close is not branding. It is muscle memory for teams that do not have time to babysit tools while revenue waits.

This raise does not conclude a chapter. It sharpens the pen. When capital flows toward companies that already understand motion, signal wins over noise. Linq App Inc is not chasing attention. It is compounding it, one interaction at a time, and markets tend to notice right after early becomes obvious.
