Euka Builds the Operating System for Creator Commerce

Euka is an AI-powered operating system for creator commerce. The San Francisco company helps brands and agencies discover creators, manage outreach and samples, secure content rights, connect affiliate links, handle payouts, and measure sales across a growing set of channels.

Co-founders Jeremy Ding, CEO, and Kevin Wang, CTO, started Euka in 2024. Their company sits where social discovery becomes retail operations, a market that stops looking glamorous the moment thousands of creator conversations, contracts, videos, links, and payments land in the same spreadsheet.

Euka matters now because creator commerce is moving beyond one platform. The company built its early position around TikTok Shop, then expanded its operating model to Instagram and Shopify-connected fulfillment, with Meta advertising integrations live and YouTube support planned. That shift turns a channel tool into a bid for the system of record behind the relationship between brands and creators.

About Euka

Euka describes its product as one operating system for creator programs. Brands can search for creators using performance data, visual signals, transcripts, category fit, and natural-language prompts. Teams can then manage outreach, sample requests, creator lists, contests, retainers, content rights, payouts, and performance without rebuilding the same context in separate tools.

The platform serves three sides of the market. Brands use Euka to run creator programs. Agencies can manage multiple clients from one workspace. Creators use Euka's app to find campaigns, pitch partnerships, manage deliverables, and get paid. That three-sided design matters because a creator program is not just a database. It is a living network in which brands need reliable partners, creators need relevant products and clear economics, and agencies need operational visibility across both.

Euka reports that its software has supported more than $4B in gross merchandise value across more than 17,000 stores, indexed more than 4M creators, and paid more than $3M directly to creators. Those figures are company-reported, but they establish the ambition clearly: Euka is building infrastructure for creator-led sales, not another campaign dashboard with nicer colors.

The problem Euka is solving

Creator commerce becomes difficult at scale because every successful relationship produces more operational work. A brand has to find the right creator, make contact, ship a sample, follow up, negotiate usage rights, generate links, track content, reconcile sales, approve payments, and decide whether the partnership deserves another cycle.

The old answer is a collection of spreadsheets, direct messages, affiliate dashboards, shipping systems, and ad accounts. That can survive a campaign with a dozen creators. It starts to buckle when a brand manages hundreds or thousands of relationships and wants to know which creators drive revenue, which content deserves paid amplification, and which partners have gone quiet.

Euka's product replaces that fragmentation with a shared operating record. Its AI Creator Search indexes roughly 4M creators across TikTok and Instagram and can match a plain-language brief against profiles, visuals, transcripts, and actual sales performance. Euka Copilot lets operators query live store data in natural language. The company's MCP integration brings the same workspace context into AI clients such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor, with consequential actions designed for review before execution.

Product depth beyond creator discovery

Discovery is only the front door. Euka also supports automated outreach, creator relationship management, contests, retainers, sample workflows, creative briefs, affiliate links, rights management, and payouts. Its Meta Ads integration lets a brand take creator content that has already demonstrated demand, secure usage rights, and move that asset into paid media while retaining the connection between creator, content, and commercial performance.

The company is also expanding from TikTok Shop into Instagram and Shopify. The new configuration gives brands one creator record, one affiliate ledger, and a connected fulfillment path across channels. True Classic is among the brands testing that Instagram and Shopify beta. YouTube support is planned, which would push Euka further toward a channel-independent creator-commerce layer.

That cross-channel architecture is the strategic edge. Social platforms will keep changing their algorithms, formats, and economics. Brand-creator relationships can outlast any single channel if the operational history, performance evidence, rights, and payments remain portable.

Traction, customers, and market proof

Euka's website names or displays brands including SharkNinja, Ridge, Goli, Tarte, Comfrt, True Classic, MaryRuth's, and Physician's Choice. The company says a typical Euka brand team manages more than 2,000 creators, while a typical agency on the platform manages 12 clients.

Its published case studies show how the operating model works. In one Euka-reported example, Fifth and Fido generated $80,000 from three creators and reached $300,000 in store GMV after concentrating on tightly matched partners and consistent content. In another, MaryRuth's activated 676 creators, produced more than 7,500 videos, and generated more than 17M views through a contest program that also reactivated dormant creators.

These are vendor case studies, not audited financial disclosures. Still, they illustrate the category Euka is pursuing: a creator program judged by repeatable commercial output rather than follower counts, vanity engagement, or the number of products shipped into the void.

Founders, funding, and operating DNA

Jeremy Ding previously led product work at PatPat and ByteDance, giving Euka's CEO a view into both e-commerce operations and the mechanics of large consumer platforms. Kevin Wang is a Stanford computer science graduate who previously worked as a software engineer at Amazon and Microsoft. The pair combines commerce-product experience with the systems engineering required to manage large, fast-moving datasets and workflows.

On September 17, 2026, Euka disclosed $5M in previously raised seed funding led by Susa Ventures and Creator Ventures. The funding announcement arrived alongside the Instagram and Shopify expansion, making the financing relevant less as a balance-sheet headline than as evidence of the company's broader platform thesis.

Euka has also been recognized with a 2026 TikTok Shop Catalyst Award, which the company says reflects impact on seller adoption, operational efficiency, and GMV contribution. That recognition and Euka's customer footprint give the company a useful distribution advantage as it tries to move from a TikTok-centered tool into broader creator-commerce infrastructure.

Team growth as a market signal

Euka has previously recruited across sales, marketing, customer success, product design, and engineering. Public job listings found during research were no longer accepting applications, and no current first-party careers page was verified as of publication. That distinction matters. Historical recruiting is evidence of a company building organizational capacity, not permission to advertise openings that may no longer exist.

The roles Euka has pursued still reveal where the operating pressure sits. Engineering supports creator search, data systems, workflow automation, and AI interfaces. Sales and customer teams translate those systems into repeatable programs for brands and agencies. Product and design have to make an unusually complex workflow feel coherent to people who are already juggling storefronts, creators, logistics, and paid media.

Operators interested in Euka should follow the company's LinkedIn page for verified openings and product updates rather than rely on expired listings.

What Euka signals for creator commerce

Creator marketing is becoming creator commerce. The distinction is operational. Marketing can tolerate a fuzzy story about reach. Commerce has to reconcile links, orders, rights, commissions, fulfillment, and payments. Once brands expect creators to become a measurable sales channel, the software has to behave more like business infrastructure.

Euka's bet is that the winning platform will preserve the relationship layer across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Shopify, Meta ads, and whatever channel matters next. If that thesis holds, the defensible asset is not merely a database of creators. It is the accumulated history of who sells what, which content converts, what rights are available, how a partnership performs over time, and what action should happen next.

That is why Euka is worth tracking. The company is turning creator work from a sequence of campaigns into a connected operating system. Social commerce will keep moving. The platforms that make the relationship portable will have a chance to move with it.
