Verci is using the first evening of LA Tech Week to test a more deliberate version of the founder happy hour. The Bel Air gathering is built around matchmaking among founders, operators, and creators rather than leaving every useful conversation to chance.
ElevenLabs, Koah Labs, Rho, and Cake are joining the event as partners. Their presence gives the room several different operating reference points across AI, company building, finance, and founder infrastructure, but the official format remains experiential and conversational. There is no public speaker slate to inflate into a panel that does not exist.
Tech Week calendars can make abundance look like access. Hundreds of events appear in the same city, while the people most useful to one another can still spend the week moving through rooms that never quite create the right collision. Verci is working on that coordination problem directly.
The event is designed to help guests find relevant people inside the room, with a magician, small bites, and a Bel Air setting creating enough structure to open conversations without turning the evening into another pitch stage. The test is whether curation makes the room easier to navigate while preserving the serendipity people came for.
The evening is intended for founders, startup operators, creators, and ecosystem builders looking for a smaller conversational room during LA Tech Week. Registration is subject to organizer review, and the exact address is shared with confirmed guests.
Capacity, approval status, venue details, and programming can change. Use the official RSVP for the latest information from the organizer.
