Foresight Health Raises $8.5M Seed to Launch AI-Native Preventive Care for Medicare Patients

The system does not fail loudly in healthcare. It fails quietly, in the spaces between visits, in the signals no one tracks, in the moments that never trigger action. Foresight Health built for that silence, and just locked in $8.5M seed to make sure it does not stay silent for long.

Quiet Capital, Susa Ventures, and Neo led the round, with DEEPCORE, SignalFire, NYX Ventures, The House Fund, and 90s VC sliding in like they knew something early. That kind of table does not show up for a science project. It shows up when the bet is that the system itself is overdue for replacement, not renovation.

Tienlan Sun, CEO, is not pitching another layer on top of healthcare. The move here is deeper. Foresight Health is building an AI-native provider from the ground up, centered on prevention, early diagnosis, and personalized care. Not reactive medicine, not paperwork Olympics, but something that actually pays attention before things go sideways.

The engine behind it is Emi, an autonomous agent designed to deliver reimbursable clinical care and handle the administrative drag that usually eats the system alive. Reimbursable is the quiet power word here. It means this is not living in a demo environment. It plugs into reality, where Medicare patients, clinics, and dollars all have to line up or nothing moves.

And it is already moving. 11 clinics across 5 states. More than 5,000 Medicare patients in the first 3 months. That is not a “we are testing” number. That is a “we are in the field, see you there” number.

The lesson hiding in plain sight is simple but uncomfortable. The winners in healthcare AI are not the ones building prettier dashboards. They are the ones who understand incentives, reimbursement, and workflow at a molecular level, then rebuild around it. Foresight Health did not ask how to assist the system. They asked how to replace the parts that never worked.

There is also a sharper angle here. Medicare is not a niche. It is the arena. If you can deliver proactive, AI-driven care in that environment, you are not experimenting. You are setting a standard that everyone else will have to explain why they cannot match. The rest of the market is still talking about efficiency. This crew is quietly deciding what gets caught early and what never turns into a crisis in the first place. That is a different kind of leverage.
