Myriad360 Builds the Operating Layer for Enterprise AI

Myriad360 is a New York-based global systems integrator that helps enterprises, neoclouds, and service providers build and operate complex technology environments. Founded in 2003 by Andrew Fisher, the company is led by President and CEO Jay Miley, with Fisher serving as Founder and Chief Culture Officer.

Myriad360 works across data-center modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, managed services, hardware procurement, and global logistics. That breadth matters because enterprise AI is no longer a single software purchase. It is a chain of decisions involving compute, networking, data, security, cost, governance, and the people who keep the whole system from turning into an expensive science project.

The company enters this moment with meaningful scale. CRN reported that Myriad360 reached an estimated $1.2B in annual revenue and 570 technology professionals after acquiring assets of F3 Technology Partners. In 2026, Myriad360 also acquired Advizex and accepted a 51% majority investment from One Equity Partners. The pattern is clear: Myriad360 is assembling more of the enterprise technology stack while trying to preserve the client intimacy that created its growth.

About Myriad360

Myriad360 began in 2003 as a technology solutions business and grew into a services-led global systems integrator. Its current portfolio spans advisory and implementation services, cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, modern data centers and networking, FinOps, lifecycle inventory management, integration, and global logistics.

The company's official profile lists more than 100 vendor partnerships, more than 100 certifications and credentials, at least 25 awards and accolades, and 10x growth over 10 years. Those figures are company-reported, but they help explain the operating model. Myriad360 is not selling one product. It is coordinating a large ecosystem of infrastructure providers and translating that ecosystem into a system a client can actually deploy.

That translation layer is easy to underestimate. A CIO does not need another diagram with elegant arrows. The CIO needs somebody to determine what should run where, how it will be secured, how much it will cost, which vendors can deliver it, and who answers the phone when the architecture meets reality.

Why Myriad360 matters in the AI infrastructure cycle

Enterprise AI has moved beyond the demonstration phase. Companies now face harder questions about data readiness, model governance, network capacity, security controls, cloud economics, and production reliability. The industry has plenty of software that promises intelligence. The scarce asset is disciplined execution across the infrastructure surrounding it.

Myriad360 sits directly inside that gap. Its AI practice is supported by cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data-center, integration, and managed-service capabilities. The company's value proposition is not that every enterprise should buy the same stack. It is that Myriad360 can evaluate the stack without being trapped inside a single vendor's brochure.

The 2026 acquisitions sharpen that position. Advizex added deeper AI infrastructure and managed-services capabilities, while the F3 asset acquisition expanded Myriad360's healthcare expertise. In a market obsessed with general-purpose technology, vertical knowledge is where theory starts paying rent. Healthcare infrastructure must carry different operational, security, and availability constraints than a neocloud or retailer.

Growth through services, specialization, and capital

Myriad360's recent expansion is not subtle. CRN placed the company at No. 85 on its 2026 Solution Provider 500 and reported that it reached No. 22 on the Fast Growth 150. Myriad360's LinkedIn page reported 95.8% revenue growth from 2022 through 2025 and 81.7% growth from 2023 through 2025.

The One Equity Partners majority investment adds capital for organic growth, talent, service expansion, geographic reach, and additional acquisitions. Existing leadership remains in place and retains a significant ownership position. That continuity is important. Private equity can fund acceleration, but capital does not automatically preserve the operating culture that made a services company valuable.

Jay Miley has said the next priorities include enterprise AI, cybersecurity, and the data strategies required to make AI deployments work. That is a coherent plan. AI investment creates more infrastructure demand, more data exposure, and more pressure on cost governance at the same time. The partners that win will connect those disciplines instead of selling each one as a separate emergency.

Leadership built for the next operating phase

Andrew Fisher founded Myriad360 and now serves as Chief Culture Officer. Jay Miley is President and CEO. The current leadership team also includes Samara Halterman as CMO, Herbert Hogue as CTO, Mark Hosny as CFO, Richard Kenney as CIO, and Monica Mehta as Chief People Officer.

That roster reflects a company moving into a larger operating class. Technology depth still matters, but so do finance, people systems, internal information infrastructure, and a brand that can recruit scarce engineering talent. Growth at this scale becomes an organizational design problem as much as a sales problem.

The strategic test is whether Myriad360 can integrate acquisitions without sanding away the specialized knowledge it bought. Advizex and F3 add technical and vertical credibility. The durable advantage comes if that expertise travels across the broader company while local relationships and accountability remain intact.

Hiring is part of the market signal

Myriad360's careers page describes a remote-first organization for 80% of roles and highlights professional development, no-cost medical plans, unlimited PTO, wellness programs, retirement savings, and parental leave. The company recruits across sales, account management, solutions architecture, engineering, logistics, project management, marketing, alliances, and corporate functions.

That mix shows what an AI-era systems integrator actually needs. The market narrative likes to celebrate models. Delivery still depends on solutions architects, engineers, project managers, logistics specialists, and client teams who can turn a design into a production environment.

Myriad360 is building scale around that less glamorous truth. The company is not trying to be the loudest AI label in the room. It is trying to own the complicated work between ambition and uptime.
