Brahma AI Builds the Operating System for Enterprise Content

Brahma AI is building an AI-native operating system for enterprise content. The London company connects media intelligence, asset management, generative creation, localization, consent, provenance, and global distribution in one platform.

Founder and CEO Prabhu Narasimhan leads Brahma AI with co-founder and CTO Jo Plaete. The company serves media, sports, healthcare, retail, education, and enterprise communications teams that need to produce more audiovisual content without surrendering control of the underlying data, identities, rights, or workflows.

Brahma AI matters now because enterprise generative media is leaving the demo room. The impressive image or digital human gets the attention. The expensive work begins when a company must approve it, localize it, trace it, secure it, distribute it, and find it again six months later.

About Brahma AI

Brahma AI was established in June 2024 and later combined technology and teams from Prime Focus Technologies and Metaphysic. The integration was completed in 2025, bringing Prime Focus Technologies' CLEAR media-asset platform together with Metaphysic's digital-human and voice-localization systems.

That lineage matters. Brahma AI is a young company built on an older operating base. The company says its platform incorporates more than 17 years of media-technology development. In a market crowded with tools that can make a polished clip, Brahma AI is selling the machinery around the clip.

Brahma AI Core ingests enterprise data and content, makes assets searchable and discoverable, and supports collaboration, governance, compliance, and delivery. Brahma AI Studio creates video, audio, images, digital humans, and localized media. ATMAN powers high-fidelity digital humans, while VAANI supports multilingual voice localization designed to preserve performance and identity.

The company calls its operating philosophy Mind²: people set the intent and machines amplify the execution. That sounds tidy on a product page. In practice, it is a useful boundary. Enterprise buyers want AI speed, but they still need a human to own the decision, the likeness, and the consequences.

The Enterprise Content Problem Brahma AI Is Solving

Generative media has made creation cheaper and content operations more complicated. A global organization can now produce far more video, audio, imagery, and localized variants than its existing review systems were designed to govern. The bottleneck moves downstream.

Brahma AI is trying to control that downstream complexity. Its platform connects content creation to asset intelligence, permissioning, provenance, security, collaboration, and distribution. The product thesis is straightforward: if a generated asset cannot be found, approved, verified, localized, and delivered safely, the creative breakthrough becomes another file sitting in somebody's downloads folder.

The operating scale is substantial, although the figures remain company-reported. Brahma AI says its technology manages more than 100M assets, powers 100 petabytes of archives, fulfills 10M video-on-demand assets annually, and includes more than 60 home-grown AI engines and 18 patents. Those numbers make the company interesting less as an avatar startup and more as infrastructure for organizations drowning in their own media.

Product Proof, Partnerships, and Traction

Brahma AI's strongest proof points sit at the intersection of creative quality and enterprise deployment. The company lists global media and entertainment brands among its customers and names Warner Bros., the NBA, and Mayo Clinic as anchor customers in its September 2026 financing announcement. Those relationships are company-reported, but they show the range Brahma AI is pursuing across entertainment, sports, and healthcare.

The technical pedigree is unusually visible. Brahma AI received a 2026 Technology & Engineering Emmy for AI-based face replacement and performance-preserving post-production transformation. The award recognized Neural Performance technology that the company says was used to produce approximately one hour of final 4K facial transformation for Robert Zemeckis's Here. The same research now supports ATMAN.

Partnerships are pushing that technology beyond film production. A multi-year collaboration with Google Cloud is focused on high-fidelity, multilingual, interactive digital humans. Brahma AI says Studio runs natively on Google Cloud, uses models including Gemini, and embeds consent controls and C2PA-based provenance into its workflow.

In Japan and APAC, Hakuhodo Technologies is working with Brahma AI to develop and commercialize ATMAN digital humans for enterprise clients. That relationship is important because fidelity alone does not make a digital person useful. Language, cultural context, client access, and distribution decide whether the technology becomes a product or a very expensive party trick.

Leadership, Capital, and Hiring Momentum

Prabhu Narasimhan leads Brahma AI's commercial and company strategy as founder and CEO. Jo Plaete leads technology and research as co-founder and CTO. Their task is to combine two operating cultures that usually live apart: enterprise software teams that care about control and creative technology teams that care about the last uncomfortable pixel.

The company's current capital gives that integration more room. Brahma AI announced a $150M preferred-share financing on September 23, 2026, led by Multiples. The Economic Times reported a $2B post-money valuation. Brahma AI also disclosed a separate $100M of investor interest, which is not closed capital and should not be added to the financing amount.

Brahma AI says the money will support research, product development, talent, global go-to-market capacity, sales, and a larger Silicon Valley presence. Its careers page points to active openings across its global organization. The hiring signal is not simply that a funded AI company wants more engineers. Brahma AI is staffing the handoff from research demonstration to secure, repeatable enterprise deployment.

What Brahma AI Signals for Enterprise AI

The generative AI market spent its first act proving that machines could create. The second act is about whether companies can operate what those machines create. That means governance, identity, rights, metadata, security, approvals, localization, cost, and distribution. None of those topics earns the same applause as a photoreal digital human, but each decides whether the digital human survives procurement.

Brahma AI's durable opportunity is to make content operations and content creation one system. The risk is breadth. Managing archives, orchestrating workflows, producing synthetic media, protecting identity, and serving multiple industries is a large surface area for any company. Partnerships with Google Cloud and Hakuhodo reduce some of that execution burden, but customers will still judge Brahma AI on reliability rather than ambition.

If Brahma AI succeeds, the company will not win because it made the loudest AI demo. It will win because enterprises can move from one controlled asset to millions of governed variations without losing the human intent, identity, or audit trail along the way.
