Build For Her Gives Thirty-Five Women One Day to Move an Idea Into the World
A problem can be discussed for years without ever reaching the table where somebody has to decide what can be built before the day ends.
Build For Her is creating that table for thirty-five women across engineering, AI and data, product, design, research, and subject-matter expertise. RoamHer and Glow Girl Social Club are the listed hosts, with support from Ambarella. Teams will form around women's health, economic mobility, and women's safety, then spend the day moving from a shared problem toward a working prototype or demonstrable solution.
Participants do not need to arrive with a team or an idea. Technical and nontechnical builders are both invited, which keeps lived experience and domain knowledge inside the build rather than waiting outside for the product to ask the right question later. Each team will present its work to a panel of judges at the end of the day.
The prototype will show what one team could assemble in a day. The more durable signal may be which problem they understood differently after the people closest to it were finally given enough room to build together.
