AuxoAI Raises $20.7M Series A for Forward-Deployed AI

The customer interview has become part of AuxoAI's engineering infrastructure. Its teams turn what people know about their own business into the context an AI deployment needs, giving an apparently ordinary conversation a second life inside a production system.

That work has attracted a $20.7M Series A led by NTTVC, announced October 20, 2026. The San Francisco Bay Area enterprise AI company was co-founded by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, and says it will use the financing to expand its global delivery talent, proprietary technology and AI-native capabilities.

The investment reaches a part of enterprise AI that remains intensely personal: finding out how a company makes decisions before asking software to make more of them. AuxoAI pairs embedded strategists and engineers with a reusable workbench, making the relationship between customer knowledge and repeatable delivery central to its growth.

What AuxoAI's Series A finances

The financing brings NTTVC into the lead alongside individual strategic investors George Still Jr., Amit Zavery and Giacomo Sonnino. Their employer affiliations help explain their experience, but the announcement identifies the individuals as participants. It does not announce investments by Norwest Venture Partners, ServiceNow or Charlesbank Capital Partners.

Zavery is ServiceNow's President, CPO and COO. Sonnino is a Charlesbank Managing Director whose earlier work included the North American COO role at QuantumBlack. Still is identified in the announcement as a Norwest Partner Emeritus and longtime Workday board member. The group brings operating experience to a company whose offering joins advisory work, engineering and proprietary software.

AuxoAI reports that its forward-deployed team has worked with more than 40 clients, spanning manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecom and other sectors. Those figures describe the company's account of its reach. The financing announcement leaves revenue, customer retention, valuation and delivery margins undisclosed, limiting any attempt to price the business from the outside.

What investors are financing is nevertheless clear enough: more capacity to work inside customers' organizations and more technology to help those teams deliver. Hiring alone would enlarge the service operation. Improving the tools those hires inherit could change how much work each new engagement requires.

The enterprise context behind a useful deployment

AuxoAI's current company description keeps strategy and engineering close throughout discovery, architecture, implementation and adoption. The rationale is practical. A team can understand a request correctly and still build the wrong intervention when the request leaves out the way work moves between departments.

For a buyer, this puts judgment early in the assignment. Which decision needs to improve? Who owns it? What information is available, and what requires approval? Those questions affect the design of a production application before anyone chooses which model should power it. They also reveal why a technically impressive demonstration can have a limited operating effect.

The work asks something of the customer as well as the supplier. Domain leaders have to explain the exceptions, relationships and constraints that make their organization particular. An embedded team can turn that explanation into a design, but access to the people who understand the work is itself part of the deployment effort.

This is where AuxoAI's continuity of staffing has commercial significance. Keeping discovery near the build reduces the number of times a customer must explain the business again. The value of that arrangement depends on how well the knowledge survives as a system people can actually use and improve.

Damia makes delivery knowledge an asset

Damia, AuxoAI's proprietary workbench, gives its teams a place to retain methods and context. The company describes a Skill Catalog for reusable delivery practices and LinK/C for enterprise knowledge and context. Together, they connect lessons from previous work with the details discovered inside a particular customer.

The distinction matters economically. An engineering pattern can be useful across organizations, while a specific approval rule belongs to the organization that created it. Reusing the pattern can save time; assuming the rule travels with it can create a bad deployment. AuxoAI's model relies on discovering which knowledge belongs in each category.

Damia's advertised engagement options also extend beyond tools used by AuxoAI's own teams. Customers can license the workbench for their environment, including an on-premises option. That opens a different commercial relationship, in which customers may operate and extend the tooling themselves. Licensing availability says something about the product's intended role, although it gives no basis for estimating license revenue.

For operators, the useful questions concern ownership and continuity: who can maintain the knowledge graph, how changes are governed and what happens as the workflow evolves. AuxoAI's workbench makes those questions part of the purchase conversation. A delivery asset becomes more valuable when the customer can keep using the understanding that went into it.

Customer adoption joins a larger enterprise AI market

Customer accounts in AuxoAI's announcement describe work beyond installing a model. athenahealth CMO Stacy Simpson discusses marketing capabilities alongside training and change management. That combination matters because a system's effect depends on how a team reorganizes around it, including the decisions people continue to own.

A separate example concerns synthetic consumer research at Fogo de Chão. Its CMO Michael Breed describes comparing modeled expectations with actual customer behavior. AuxoAI also markets Echo for synthetic market intelligence, including pricing, messaging and strategy questions. These are attributed customer and product descriptions, rather than independently audited evidence that simulation predicts every commercial outcome.

The surrounding infrastructure market is moving toward deployment support too. Google Cloud's April 2026 partner announcement introduced a $750M innovation fund and expanded embedded engineering support. AuxoAI has separately announced a Gemini Enterprise transformation partnership. Google's ecosystem funding is distinct from AuxoAI's financing and gives no basis for assigning the startup a share of that pool.

DevCuration's coverage of RapidCanvas's managed enterprise AI financing and Aerium's industrial AI round offers related reading on the delivery market. The companies approach different customers and operating settings, giving buyers additional context for the growing range of AI implementation suppliers.

AuxoAI's expansion therefore carries two workloads: bringing more experienced people into customer engagements and retaining more of what those engagements teach. As the company adds teams, the customer interviews will keep producing knowledge that a generic model never received. The work is deciding how that knowledge reaches the next deployment without losing the business that gave it meaning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a forward-deployed AI team do inside a customer organization?

AuxoAI combines strategists and engineers who work with customer teams to understand business processes, build production systems and support adoption. The approach includes decisions about the workflow itself, rather than treating model installation as the whole engagement.

How does Damia support repeatable enterprise AI delivery?

AuxoAI describes Damia as a proprietary workbench combining a reusable Skill Catalog with LinK/C enterprise knowledge and context graphs. Reusable engineering methods can carry into later engagements while customer-specific context still requires discovery and governance.

Which investors participated, and did their employers invest?

NTTVC led the financing. AuxoAI also named George Still Jr., Amit Zavery and Giacomo Sonnino as individual strategic investors and advisors; their affiliations do not establish investments by their employers.

Is Google's $750M partner fund part of AuxoAI's Series A?

No. Google Cloud's $750M partner initiative is a separate ecosystem program. AuxoAI announced a Gemini Enterprise transformation partnership, while its own disclosed Series A is $20.7M.

What business evidence remains unavailable after the financing?

The announcement does not disclose valuation, revenue, customer retention or delivery margins. AuxoAI reports more than 40 clients, while customer testimonials describe particular deployments rather than independently audited performance across the business.
