PrincipiumX Takes the Product Roadmap Back Before the Assumptions

PrincipiumX Takes the Product Roadmap Back Before the Assumptions

A roadmap can become crowded with perfectly reasonable work that never answers the harder question of whether the company is building around the right opportunity.

PrincipiumX is hosting an interactive breakfast workshop for seed through Series B founders, CEOs, chief product officers, investors, and operating partners. The session introduces PX Thinking, the firm's first-principles method for separating durable customer behavior and unspoken need from the assumptions accumulated around an existing product. Founder Charu Chundury, creator of PX Thinking, is leading the workshop.

Participants will work through a real business case using two movements the organizer calls Reversion and Genesis. The first searches beneath stated customer requests. The second turns those findings toward product differentiation, market positioning, pricing, higher-value customers, and new paths to growth. The format is built for people already carrying traction, a team, and a consequential next decision.

The workshop may not reveal a hidden tenfold opportunity on command. It can make the existing roadmap explain why each assumption deserves to survive before another feature, market, or layer of AI gives it somewhere new to hide.
