Triangle Raises $15M for Asia-Pacific Live Touring

Triangle Group, the Singapore live entertainment operator formerly known as Creation Collective, announced $15M in combined financing on August 6, 2026. The capital package includes a $10M equity seed round led by DSG Consumer Partners and a separate $5M venture debt facility from Genesis Alternative Ventures.

The distinction matters because Triangle is building an operating network, not simply collecting a larger seed-round headline. Its job is to fund, route, promote, and produce tours and festivals across Asia and Australia, where regional demand can be obvious while cross-border execution remains stubbornly fragmented. The financing gives Triangle more equity for expansion and debt for operating flexibility as it tries to make those markets easier for artists to enter without pretending they are all the same.

What Triangle Raised and Who Backed It

The $10M equity seed was led by DSG Consumer Partners, with Golden Gate Ventures, the Oberoi Family Office, and prominent angel investors participating. Genesis Alternative Ventures provided the $5M venture debt facility. Triangle described the financing as its first raise, and no separate prior round was disclosed.

That split should remain visible. Equity and venture debt carry different economics, risks, and jobs, so describing the full $15M as a single seed round would overstate the equity financing. Triangle did not disclose its valuation, ownership percentages, debt pricing, maturity, covenants, or board changes, leaving investors and operators with the structure of the capital but not its private terms.

The round also marks DSG Consumer Partners' first investment in live entertainment, according to Triangle. For a consumer-focused investor, the logic is less about celebrity and more about infrastructure. Audiences across Asia-Pacific can discover artists globally, while touring them regionally still depends on venue relationships, licensing, local marketing, production, and financial risk management.

Triangle Is Building a Regional Touring Operator

Founded in 2024 by Greg Hargrave and Zaran Vachha, Triangle is headquartered in Singapore and says it operates across 18 cities in nine countries. The company was previously called Creation Collective, a name still used on DSG Consumer Partners' portfolio pages. The new Triangle brand consolidates that history around a clearer promise: one operating partner for artists moving through Asia and Australia.

Triangle says it takes ownership of tour and festival P&Ls while coordinating regional routing, local promotion, show production, sponsorship, and partnerships. That model attacks a familiar problem in live entertainment. Streaming can create demand in several countries at once, but a tour still encounters separate commercial rules, permits, venues, audience behaviors, and local partners in every market.

DSG says the predecessor business had delivered more than 60 shows across 16 cities by the time of its investment, including work involving Fred Again, Black Coffee, Jamie xx, and Sammy Virji. Triangle's newer 18-city footprint suggests the network has continued to expand, although the company has not published audited revenue, profit, ticket-volume, or retention metrics.

Roger Field Adds Operating Weight

The financing arrives alongside a significant leadership move. Roger Field, formerly President of Live Nation Asia Pacific and CEO of Live Nation Australia & New Zealand, has joined Triangle full time as Executive Director and Operating Partner after spending a year as an advisor and investor. Triangle says Field brings three decades of experience across ticketing, venues, concerts, and festival promotion.

Field joins co-founders whose backgrounds cover different sides of the operating problem. Hargrave serves as CEO and brings company-building and public-markets experience, while Vachha serves as Managing Director, Culture & Creative. DSG credits Vachha with founding Collective Minds in 2017, producing more than 1,000 events, and building direct relationships with more than 300 artists.

That leadership mix is central to the investment case. Capital may secure venues and underwrite production, but cross-border touring is an execution business where local errors compound quickly. Triangle is betting that centralized planning, regional capital, and local-market judgment can produce more reliable tours without flattening the cultural differences that make each stop commercially distinct.

Why the Financing Matters for Asia-Pacific Touring

Triangle's opportunity sits between global entertainment companies and local promoters. Large operators bring scale, while local firms bring market knowledge. Artists moving through several Asia-Pacific countries often need both. Triangle's hub-and-spoke model is meant to provide one accountable regional relationship backed by local delivery partners.

The company says the new capital will support wider touring and festival infrastructure and future consumer-facing services, including travel and hospitality packages. Those adjacencies make sense for an experience business because the economic value around a show extends beyond the ticket, but Triangle has not disclosed a detailed budget, hiring plan, acquisition program, or rollout schedule.

The strongest reading of this round is therefore practical rather than promotional. Triangle has raised $15M across equity and debt, added a senior regional operator, and put institutional capital behind a fragmented part of the live entertainment supply chain. The next proof will come from repeatable delivery: more routes that work commercially, more artists treating Asia-Pacific as a planned tour region, and operational discipline strong enough to turn cultural and regulatory complexity into an advantage rather than a cost.
