Insight Health Raises $11M Series A to Scale Clinical AI Agents for Healthcare Workflows

Funding Details

Amount

$11M

Round

Series A

Healthcare has a talent for hiding its biggest problems in plain sight. The more critical the work, the more tolerated the chaos around it. Forms pile up, workflows fracture, and highly trained clinicians spend hours doing everything except practicing medicine. Insight Health looked at that reality and decided friction was not a cost of doing business, it was the business.

April 3, 2026 lands with weight. Insight Health secured $11M in Series A funding, led by Standard Capital with Pear VC, Kindred Ventures, Eudemian, ElevenLabs, and 43 all stepping in. That is not just a round, that is a table full of investors who know the difference between a feature and a shift.

Credit where it is due. Jaimal Soni and Saran Siva took their Twilio and Segment scars and turned them into signal. Dr. Pankaj Gore and Dr. Eric Stecker brought the clinical truth, the kind you cannot fake in a pitch deck. When operators and physicians stop talking past each other and start building together, you get something dangerous in the best way.

Insight Health is not playing around the edges. Voice-first and chat-based AI agents that handle intake, documentation, referrals, follow-ups. The unglamorous grind. Lumi steps in before the visit even starts. Aura listens while clinicians do what they were trained to do. The result is simple math with serious consequences. Over 3M+ patient interactions, more than $50M+ in annual admin cost savings, and clinicians getting back over 2+ hours a day. That is not efficiency theater. That is margin, time, and sanity showing up on the same balance sheet.

Standard Capital saw it early. Dalton Caldwell, Paul Buchheit, and Bryan Berg are not in the business of chasing noise. They are in the business of backing inevitability. And healthcare admin, a $1T+ headache, is overdue for a cure that actually sticks.

There is a lesson here if you are paying attention. Insight Health did not start with “AI will change everything.” They started with “this is broken, and we live it.” Then they built across the entire care continuum instead of chasing a single feature. They met clinicians where they are, integrated into systems that already run the show, and proved value in hours saved, not slides made.

Healthcare does not need more dashboards. It needs fewer reasons for doctors to feel like clerks. Insight Health is not just a name. It is a promise that maybe, just maybe, the system can start seeing clearly again.
